Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed.

Shipments may be subject to customs, duties and importation fees. You are responsible for any charges incurred at customs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

We are not responsible for an incorrect address once an order has been dispatched.  Please verify your address is correct when placing an order.

Should mail be misdirected due to our error, we will reship your order.

Shipping to addresses in Canada:

Orders to Canada are shipped with Canada Post.  Orders totaling $135 before taxes ship for free.

Cottons ship free for any length ordered.  Lengths less than 2 meters will be shipped by Canada Post Lettermail service and you will be given the option to ship with tracking for an additional cost at checkout.

Shipping to addresses in the USA:

Orders to the USA are shipped with the United States Postal Service.  Orders totaling $50 USD before taxes ship for free.

Cottons ship free for any length ordered.  Lengths less than 2 meters will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail service and you will be given the option to ship with tracking for an additional cost at checkout.


International Shipping:

International orders are shipped for a flat rate of $15 or $25 Canadian depending on the type of fabric ordered.  All orders are tracked.  You will see the applicable flat rate at checkout.
